Job Summary
We are seeking enthusiastic and customer-focused Barista and Front of House Staff to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing excellent service to our guests, ensuring a welcoming atmosphere, and supporting daily operations. This role offers an engaging environment where organisational skills and a friendly demeanour are essential. Previous experience in food service or hospitality is advantageous but not mandatory, as full training will be provided.
Responsibilities
- Greet customers warmly and manage their orders efficiently
- Take food and beverage orders accurately using point-of-sale systems
- Serve food and drinks in a professional and timely manner
- Ensure adherence to food safety standards at all times
- Assist with food preparation tasks when necessary
- Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the front of house area
- Manage cash transactions with basic maths skills and ensure correct change is given
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve any issues promptly to ensure satisfaction
- Support team members during busy periods to maintain smooth service flow
- Uphold health and safety regulations in line with company policies
Experience
- Previous experience in serving, barista work is a Must.
- Knowledge of food safety standards is advantageous
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage time effectively during busy periods
- Basic maths proficiency for handling payments and giving accurate change
- Excellent communication skills with a friendly, professional attitude
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment and prioritise tasks effectively
Pay: £12.71-£14.00 per hour
