Care Assistant for Children- Domiciliary Care Team
2 nights per week- 11pm-7am

About the Role
As a Community Carer, you will:
- Deliver personalised care plans tailored to each child’s medical and emotional needs.
- Assist with daily tasks, such as medication administration, feeding, hygiene, and physical support.
- Work closely with families, healthcare professionals, and support services to ensure continuity of care.
- Provide emotional support and create a nurturing environment for children and their families.
About The Role
Requirements
- Proven experience in caring for children with medical needs, preferably in a home setting.
- Relevant qualifications in healthcare or childcare (e.g., NVQ Level 2/3 in Health & Social Care or equivalent).
- Excellent communication skills and a compassionate, patient approach.
- A valid driver’s license and access to reliable transportation.
