About the Role
Fiori Café is seeking a professional, fluent English-speaking Barista/Waitress to deliver the highest standard of service. You’ll be the face of the café — confident, well-presented, and able to handle a busy service environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide excellent customer service at all times.
- Be fluent in English, well-spoken, and professional in communication.
- Take orders, serve food/drinks, and manage tables efficiently.
- Learn the full menu and guide customers with confidence.
- Handle customer enquiries and resolve issues politely and effectively.
- Assist bar staff during busy periods.
- Maintain cleanliness at all times (“clean as you go” approach).
- Manage busy queues quickly and professionally.
- Work well within a team while maintaining high personal standards.
Requirements
- Fluent English (spoken and written).
- Previous barista and/or waitress experience.
- Confident with strong customer service skills.
- Able to stay calm and professional in high-pressure situations.
- Fully available for the stated hours including weekends.
- Immediate start preferred.

Pay: £12.21-£13.36 per hour
