Join a Growing Team Making Energy Smarter
We're looking for friendly, motivated people to join our team as Customer Advisors, working on behalf of a leading energy supplier.
Customers will already have received a letter or email regarding a smart meter upgrade. Your role is to visit customers at their homes, explain the benefits of upgrading to a smart meter and arrange an appointment with an engineer.
This is a field-based role working outdoors within local neighbourhoods and involves walking between properties throughout the day.
What You'll Be Doing
- Visiting customers at their homes.
- Explaining the benefits of smart meters in a friendly and professional manner.
- Arranging appointments for engineers.
- Providing excellent customer service.
- Working outdoors in local neighbourhoods.
- Working independently while being part of a supportive team.
What We're Looking For
- A confident and friendly personality.
- Excellent communication and people skills.
- A valid UK driving licence with use of a vehicle.
- Reliable and self-motivated individuals.
- Customer service or sales experience is desirable but not essential.
- A positive attitude and willingness to learn.
