You’ll be at the heart of our customer service team, supporting customers by phone, webchat, and email in a fast-paced environment with empathy, confidence, and a calm approach.
Every conversation matters, and in this role you’ll help create a positive experience for our customers while being part of a supportive, professional team.
Our opening hours are Monday to Friday, 8:30am to 5:00pm, with a late finish until 7:00pm on Thursdays shared on a rota basis. This is a great opportunity to build your career in a customer-focused role with weekday hours, no weekend working, and no bank holiday shifts.
