If so, we’re currently recruiting a Special Needs Support Teaching Assistant to join our Early Years & KS1 team from 1st September 2026. The role will primarily be 1:1 support for children with additional needs. The part-time role is every afternoon from 12.30-3.15pm. There could also be opportunities for casual overtime on a morning.
We are looking for:
An experienced and nurturing Teaching Assistant with a commitment to ensuring our children’s health and well-being are promoted and developed alongside their learning.
A reflective practitioner, constantly looking to improve their practice.
A knowledgeable person who has a good understanding of child development in Early Years and Key Stage 1.
Someone that goes above and beyond for the children in their care as well as the people they work alongside. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Commitment to working in partnership with parents and the community.

Salary amounts quoted are from the 1 September to 31 August and therefore if you commence employment part way through the academic year, they are subject to an equated salary adjustment.
