We're recruiting on behalf of a well-established and highly respected regional law firm for an experienced Residential Property Solicitor (4+ years' PQE) to join its growing team in Shrewsbury.

You'll manage a varied caseload of residential transactions while playing an important role in the continued growth of the firm's presence across the Shrewsbury market.

The Role
As a Residential Property Solicitor, you'll manage your own caseload while working collaboratively with colleagues across the wider Property team.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Managing a varied caseload of residential conveyancing matters from instruction through to completion.
- Handling freehold and leasehold sales and purchases, transfers of equity, remortgages and other residential property transactions.
- Delivering exceptional client service throughout the conveyancing process.
- Building and maintaining strong relationships with estate agents, mortgage brokers and other local referrers.
- Working closely with colleagues across the firm's multi-office Residential Property team.
- Supporting the continued growth and success of the Shrewsbury office through business development and networking activities.
- Ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and firm procedures.
About You
We're looking for someone who has:
- Minimum of 4 years' PQE in Residential Property.
- Strong technical knowledge across a broad range of residential conveyancing matters.
- Experience managing a busy caseload independently.
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
- A proactive approach to business development and networking.
- Strong organisational skills with excellent attention to detail.
- A client-focused approach and commitment to delivering outstanding service.
- A stable employment history demonstrating consistent career development.
