Hours: Full or Part time, alternate weekends
Day Shifts: 7am-2.30pm or 2.30pm-9pm
We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Care Assistant to join this established care home in Kings Lynn. As a Care Assistant, you'll be a vital part of residents' lives, offering support and companionship to make their days brighter.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist residents with daily tasks such as bathing, dressing, and general hygiene
- Provide personalised care and support to a diverse group of residents, including those with Alzheimer's, dementia, epilepsy, and sensory impairments
- Maintain confidential and accurate records in care plans
- Engage residents in activities like reading, writing, hobbies, and friendly conversations to promote mental and physical well-being
- Foster good working relationships with colleagues, residents, and visitors, creating a supportive environment for everyone
