Residential Care Worker to work in Good & Outstanding children's homes based in Chorlton or Whalley Range, Manchester.
The role includes shift work covering days, evenings, weekends and sleep in shifts. These shifts are encompassed within a structured and well planned rolling rota therefore offering stability & consistency to your work life balance. There is plenty of opportunity for overtime for those that wish to pick this up.
There is an average of 6-10 sleep shifts per month, paid at a rate of £55 per sleep shift
Full induction training and ongoing specialist training provided, including from our clinical psychologist. Level 3/4/5 Diploma's provided to staff and an enhanced DBS will be carried out by us on your behalf.

We are a small provider with 3 homes, run by a senior management team with many decades of experience working in children's homes. All our homes are either Good or Outstanding rated by Ofsted and are great places to work.
To be considered for this role you must:
Have full right to work in the UK
Have an Enhanced DBS check completed (carried out and paid for by us)
