Start times from 7am onwards
Responsibilities
- Safely operate a Class 1 lorry adhering to all road safety regulations and company policies
- Execute delivery routes efficiently to meet schedules
- Conduct pre- and post-trip inspections of the vehicle to ensure roadworthiness and report any issues promptly
- Maintain accurate delivery documentation and logs
- Communicate effectively with dispatchers and clients regarding delivery times and any potential delays
Requirements
- Valid Class 1 driving licence
- Drivers CPC and digi card
- Excellent driving skills with a focus on safety and compliance with traffic laws
- Good organisational skills with the ability to manage time effectively during deliveries
