Job Summary

Duties
- Ensure efficient food production and service.
- Prepare, cook, and present a variety of dishes in accordance with menu specifications and quality standards.
- Oversee food safety procedures, ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations at all times.
- Manage stock and stock takes with the GM, order supplies, and ensure proper storage of ingredients.
- Collaborate with management on menu development and special event planning.
- Maintain cleanliness and organisation within the kitchen environment.
- Train new team members in food preparation, cooking techniques, and safety protocols.
- Serve dishes to customers when required, maintaining excellent hospitality standards.
- Monitor kitchen operations during service hours to uphold high standards of efficiency and quality.

Qualifications
- Proven experience in a culinary role within a restaurant or hospitality setting.
- Supervising experience is highly desirable, demonstrating leadership capabilities.
- Strong knowledge of food production, preparation, and presentation techniques.
- Excellent team management skills with the ability to motivate staff effectively.
- Solid understanding of food safety regulations and best practices.
- Experience in food service, cooking, and kitchen operations is essential.
- Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
- Good organisational skills with the capacity to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.

Pay: £13.00-£14.00 per hour
