We’re now on the lookout for an experienced Part Time Bartender to join our bar team.
Position Overview:
As Bartender at Chotto Matte, you will play a vital role in creating memorable drinks for our guests and supporting the Head Bartender and Bar Manager to ensure our 3 bar areas operate smoothly.
Responsibilities:
· Strong mixology experience
· Strong wine and spirit knowledge
· Ensure the bar area is clean, organised, and fully stocked at all times
· Work closely with Cocktail Server, Runners, and Floor teams to maintain smooth service flow
· Follow health, safety, and hygiene standards at all times
Requirements:
- Previous experience as a Bartender in a high-volume hospitality environment
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced, high-energy setting
- Strong teamwork and communication skills
- Attention to detail and a proactive attitude
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
