About the Role
We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Early Years Practitioner to join our team. The successful candidate will support the learning, development, and care of children in accordance with the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) framework.

Key Responsibilities
- Deliver high standards of care and education for children
- Plan and implement activities in line with the EYFS framework
- Observe, assess, and record children’s development
- Promote a safe, inclusive, and engaging learning environment
- Build positive relationships with parents, carers, and colleagues
- Work effectively as part of a professional team
- Ensure safeguarding and welfare requirements are met at all times
Requirements
- Level 2 or Level 3 Early Years qualification (or equivalent) or working towards
- A genuine passion for working with children
- A positive, caring, and energetic attitude
- Good understanding of the EYFS
- Strong teamwork and communication skills
- Commitment to safeguarding and child wellbeing
- Level 2 or Level 3 qualification in Early Years/Childcare (or equivalent) or willing to work towards.
- Sound knowledge of the EYFS framework
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
- A clear understanding of safeguarding and child protection
Desirable
- Paediatric First Aid qualification
- Previous experience in an early years setting
