We are a well-established organisation delivering integrated engineering and property maintenance services across the UK. With over 50 years of industry experience, we have built a strong reputation for supporting public sector organisations, housing associations, and commercial clients.
Operating primarily across London and the South East, we specialise in maintaining and improving residential and commercial properties, with a particular focus on social housing.
Responsibilities:
- Carry out carpentry or plastering repairs and maintenance within occupied and void properties
- Complete a range of multi-trade works as required to support planned and reactive maintenance contracts
- Ensure all work is completed to a high standard and in line with health and safety requirements
- Diagnose faults and carry out effective repairs on first visit where possible
- Liaise with tenants and site representatives to ensure excellent customer service
- Field-based role covering Greenwich and surrounding areas
Essential Qualifications / Experience:
- Previous experience in either carpentry or plastering within social housing, residential, or commercial properties
- Multi-trade maintenance experience desirable
- Full Driver’s Licence
