Greens of Portlethen is looking for an enthusiastic, reliable, and customer-focused Team Leader to join our friendly team. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who enjoys taking responsibility, supporting colleagues, and delivering outstanding customer service every day.
What you’ll be doing:
- Leading and motivating the team during your shift.
- Delivering exceptional customer service.
- Supporting the Store Manager and Assistant Manager with the day-to-day running of the store.
- Cash handling, till reconciliation, and ensuring company procedures are followed.
- Maintaining high standards of merchandising, cleanliness, and stock availability.
- Managing deliveries, stock rotation, and date checking.
- Opening and closing the store when required.
- Supporting and coaching team members to achieve the best results.
- Ensuring health & safety and food safety standards are maintained.
What we’re looking for:
- Previous retail or convenience store experience.
- Supervisory or Team Leader experience is preferred.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills.
- A positive attitude with a hands-on approach.
- Ability to work under pressure and make decisions confidently.
- Flexible to work a variety of shifts, including evenings and weekends.
- Reliable, trustworthy, and committed to delivering excellent customer service.
Pay: From £12.80 per hour
