Hard working and friendly individual needed to work in a fast paced office.
As a Motor Claims Handler you will be allocated a case-load of credit hire claims . You will achieve settlement of outstanding credit hire invoices, by reviewing documents and file notes. You will confer and liaise regularly with third party insurers and solicitors, as well as with clients.
You will also deal with vehicle damage by notifying third party that clients have been placed in replacement vehicles. You will instruct engineers, go over reports with clients and forward them on to third parties. Corresponding with third party/ solicitors and chasing them for vehicle damage payment.
It will be your responsibility to ensure all clients are kept up to date with the claims and that all parties are satisfied with the outcome.
