- Conduct swim lessons for individuals of all ages and skill levels
- Be confident in working with swimmers with disabilities
- Provide a safe and positive learning environment for all participants
- Demonstrate proper swimming techniques and provide feedback for improvement
- Monitor and ensure the safety of participants during lessons
- follow swimmers action plans
-understand and be able to work with swimmers with a range of disabilities
Requirements:
- Level 1 or 2 swimming teacher
- Strong knowledge of swimmers with disabilities
- Ability to effectively communicate and educate participants of all ages
- Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to work well with others
- Must be reliable, punctual, and responsible
Session times
Wright Robinson Gorton 6-8pm
Applications taken for any of the above not compulsory to do all shifts
