Job Description:
Fabco Sanctuary is seeking a reliable and organised Stores Person to manage the day-to-day operation of the stores department, ensuring accurate stock control, efficient goods handling, and effective material flow to support manufacturing operations.
The successful candidate will be responsible for receiving, organising, issuing, and monitoring stock while maintaining accurate inventory records using Sage 200. The role requires strong attention to detail, good communication skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment
Required Experience and Skills:
- Previous stores, warehouse, or stock control experience is desirable but not essential, as full training will be provided
- Experience using Sage 200
- Good IT skills, including Microsoft Excel and Outlook
- Accurate data entry and strong attention to detail
- Strong multi-tasking and time management skills
- Good organisation and communication skills
- Flexible and willing to assist other departments when required
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Key Requirements:

Key Responsibilities:
- Receive, check, and book in deliveries
- Check ironmongery against delivery notes and purchase orders
- Carry out quality control checks on ironmongery and components
- Pick and issue materials to production
- Maintain accurate stock records using Sage 200
- Carry out stock counts and resolve discrepancies
- Monitor stock levels and report shortages
- Keep stores clean, organised, and safe
- Record all stock movements accurately and promptly
- Manage multiple tasks and changing priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Support other departments during quieter periods as required

Salary:
- £28,000 - 30,000 dependant on experience.
- Full time
Pay: £28,000.00-£30,000.00 per year
