We’re a small, independent nursery in Downend, Bristol, looking for a Level 3 Nursery Practitioner to join our warm and supportive team.

The Role
You’ll help create a safe, stimulating, and nurturing environment where children can thrive.
Your role will include:
- Supporting the day-to-day running of the room
- Building strong, secure relationships with children and families
- Planning engaging activities in line with the EYFS
- Observing and supporting children’s development
- Creating meaningful learning experiences through play and child-led exploration
- Working collaboratively as part of a supportive team
We’re Looking For Someone Who:
- Holds a Level 3 Early Years qualification (or equivalent)
- Has experience working in an early years setting
- Is warm, reliable, and enthusiastic
- Has a genuine passion for supporting early development
- Values child-led learning and building positive relationships
- Works well as part of a team and communicates confidently with parents and colleagues
