Annual Bonus: Up to 10%
Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:30am–5:00pm
No weekends, evenings or bank holidays

Who Should Apply? We welcome applications from healthcare professionals with at least 12 months post-registration experience:
- Registered Adult Nurses (RGN, RMN, RNLD)
- Physiotherapists
- Occupational Therapists
- Paramedics
- Experienced Functional Assessors
NMC or HCPC registration is essential.
What You Need
- Unrestricted NMC or HCPC registration
- Strong clinical reasoning and report-writing skills
- Confidence with IT and managing your own workload
- Ability to travel to Plymouth for face-to-face assessments
- Right to work in the UK
The Role
As a Disability Assessor, you will apply your clinical knowledge to understand how health conditions impact daily living. This is a structured, supportive role offering clinical challenge without the demands of shift work.
You Will:
- Carry out adult-only functional assessments
- Review medical evidence
- Produce clear, structured, evidence-based reports
- Work independently with full clinical support
- Gain diary control and enhanced flexibility after 6 months
