Overview
We are seeking a Installer / service / repair person to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for the installation of various products, which include, air conditioning units, self levelling systems, wifi, air suspension, solar panels and also servicing of caravans and motorhomes (habitation only, not mechanical) plus be able to think logically when fault finding to carrying out repairs and ensuring that all work is completed to the highest standards of quality and safety. This role requires a keen eye for detail and a commitment to deliver exceptional customer service. As a technician you will play a crucial role in enhancing our clients' experiences by providing professional and efficient to all the work in hand.
Training will be provided but candidate must be able to use a variety of hand tools with ease.
Responsibilities
- Install ,repair ,service of products according to specifications and company standards.
- Conduct site assessments to determine the work requirements.
- Ensure all work are completed safely and efficiently.
- Maintain tools and equipment in good working condition.
- Communicate effectively with clients to address any questions or concerns during the work process.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure timely project completion.
- Adhere to health and safety regulations at all times.
Skills
- Proven experience in a similar installation role is preferred.
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to read and interpret installation manuals useful.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and able to use a PC.
- Capability to work independently as well as part of a team.
- Basic knowledge of tools and equipment used in a workshop environment.
- A valid driver's licence, Prefered.
