Role Purpose
At Wingers, our Front of House Team Members are the face of the brand and play a vital role in creating the #TOPNOTCH experience our guests expect. You will be responsible for welcoming customers, taking orders, handling payments and delivering friendly, efficient service that reflects the energy and standards of Wingers.
You will work in a fast-paced environment where great service, strong teamwork and attention to detail are essential. As part of the front of house team, you will help create a positive guest experience while supporting the smooth day-to-day running of the restaurant.

Key Responsibilities
As a Front of House Team Member, your responsibilities will include:
- Greeting and serving customers in a friendly, professional and positive manner
- Taking customer orders accurately and efficiently
- Handling card and cash payments correctly
- Supporting customers with menu questions and general queries
- Communicating clearly with the kitchen team to ensure smooth service
- Helping to deliver fast, accurate and high-quality order handovers
- Maintaining high standards of cleanliness and presentation in the customer-facing areas
- Following all food safety, hygiene and health and safety procedures at all times
- Supporting with front counter organisation, restocking and general cleaning duties
- Working closely with managers and team members to deliver a smooth shift
- Representing the Wingers brand and delivering service the Wingers way

The ideal Front of House Team Member will be:
- Friendly, confident and approachable
- Comfortable working in a busy, fast-paced environment
- Able to stay calm and focused under pressure
- A strong team player who works well with managers and colleagues
- Passionate about customer service and creating a positive guest experience
- Willing to learn and follow brand standards and procedures
No previous experience is required. We are looking for personality, attitude and a willingness to learn. Full training will be provided.

Hours of Work
- Full-time and part-time positions available
- Flexibility to work shifts, including evenings and weekends, as required by the business
