- Support the team with general administrative tasks.
- Coordinate room bookings.
- Ensure the reception area is always neat and welcoming.
- Distribute incoming mail and handle outgoing correspondence efficiently.
- Assist with any ad-hoc tasks as requested by the management team.
A successful Receptionist should have:
- Previous experience in a similar role as a receptionist
