Working as a team within UK National, responsible for undertaking activities in ensuring that the company deliver on contractual obligations and legal requirements in regards to planned and reactive maintenance works.
To carry out Skilled/ Unskilled activities to assist operations department in Ground works, General Building, External Wet Trades along with associated minor repairs to a high standard, assist in the delivery of works to any external client contracts. All works to be completed in a safe and cost effective manner in accordance with good practice and relevant specifications.
To undertake works either individually or with other tradesmen, non and skilled activities, For example: property clearance, general property maintenance, , demolition, ground work, concreting and fencing works etc. To provide a customer focused service at all times.
Full driving licence required.
