- £26,325.00 per year + 5% commission on permanent placements
- Monday – Friday 8.30 am - 4.30 pm | 37.5 hours per week

Recruitment Consultant Responsibilities
- Working mostly from a cold desk with some active clients to start
- Prospecting for new business by cold calls, visits, and warm lead closing
- Managing recruitment campaigns from advert, screening calls through to placement
- Building real relationships with your clients and candidates
- Compliance Accountability: Managing checks, documents, DBS processing, and signing off all compliance for the business
- Processing candidate timesheets for payroll if required
- Delivering an excellent recruitment experience for your prospects and customers
What We Are Looking From you, the Recruitment Consultant
- Have previous Recruitment Consultant experience
- Be comfortable managing and taking ownership of compliance and documentation
- Have strong organisational and communication skills
- Be confident speaking with clients and candidates on the phone
- Have good attention to detail
- Be motivated and professional
