Project Manager (Facilities Management)
Salary: £60,000 - £70,000 + £5,000 Car Allowance
AWC Staff Services are recruiting a Project Manager on behalf of a leading global provider of facilities management and property services.
You will be covering the North of England from Nottingham to Leeds, Sheffield and Newcastle areas.
This is an excellent opportunity to join a growing project delivery team managing refurbishment, infrastructure, and capital works projects across commercial, healthcare, manufacturing, and other regulated environments.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage projects from concept through to completion.
- Develop and grow project opportunities within existing client accounts.
- Build strong client relationships and identify additional works.
- Coordinate contractors, consultants, and suppliers.
- Manage tenders, budgets, project risks, and compliance requirements.
- Oversee project delivery, reporting, and financial performance.
Requirements
- Proven project management experience within FM, construction, M&E, or engineering environments.
- Experience managing project budgets and commercial performance.
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
- Ability to lead multidisciplinary teams and deliver projects safely and efficiently.
- Relevant qualifications such as APM, PRINCE2, SMSTS, IOSH, NEBOSH, or a construction-related qualification are advantageous.
