Paramount Personnel are recruiting for a passionate and experienced Head Chef, to join its dynamic team near Lyme Regis, Dorset. As an experienced Head Chef, you will be responsible for overseeing all culinary operations, across a number of establishments across the group, whilst overseeing menu development, staff management and ensuring the highest standards of food quality and presentation are exceeded across the board.
Head Chef responsibilities will include;
Working for an extremely reputable establishment, with an incredible reputation, it is important the successful Head Chef has certain characteristics to prove a success.
The ideal candidate will have;
Proven experience of leading a team of chefs, within a luxury Hotel setting, at Executive Chef level.
Excellent leadership and management characteristics.
Be able to work to deadlines, and manage the team to deadlines, whilst working under pressure.
Strong culinary skills and a natural passion for food.
