A Pastry Sous chef role at THE PIG is like no other. We use local suppliers within a 25-mile radius,source majority of our own produce from our onsite kitchen garden in order to to create our menus,which change daily.

As a PIG Pastry Sous Chef,you will oversee a small team and manage the pastry section. You will be responsible for the junior staff on the section,so good people management skills are needed. We want our Pastry Chefs to be as passionate and enthusiastic about modern British food and classic desserts as we are.
