We are currently recruiting for an experienced Civils Operative to join our team based out of the Redruth depot.
This is a hands-on role working on highways and civil engineering projects, requiring a skilled and reliable individual with proven experience.
Key Requirements:
- Proven experience within a civils/highways role
- Competent operating mini excavators
- Experience within drainage and kerbing works
- Valid HGV licence
- Relevant industry tickets and certifications
- Strong understanding of site safety and working on live highways
Key Responsibilities:
- Carrying out drainage, kerbing, and general civils works
- Operating plant machinery including mini excavators
- Driving HGV vehicles when required
- Working as part of a gang to complete projects safely and efficiently
- Maintaining high health and safety standards on all sites
- Supporting general site duties as required
