Due to the continued growth of Oakdene Collection, we are looking to expand our preparation department and recruit a full-time SMART Repair Technician to join our team.
Oakdene Collection is a fast-growing prestige car dealership specialising in high-end vehicles including Range Rover, Porsche, BMW, Mercedes-Benz, Audi and other premium brands. We are looking for an experienced technician who takes genuine pride in their work and wants to be part of a professional, forward-thinking business.
This is not rushed, corner-cutting work. Our vehicles are prepared to a retail-ready, premium standard and we expect consistency, attention to detail and pride in every repair.
The Role:
- SMART repairs to paintwork, bumpers, panels and trims
- Cosmetic bodywork repairs and paint correction
- Working on high-value prestige vehicles
- Delivering efficient turnaround times without compromising quality
- Working closely with the wider preparation team
A Unique Opportunity:As part of our expansion, we have two additional workshop buildings currently being developed. This gives the successful candidate a rare opportunity to help shape their own working environment, with input into the workshop layout, extraction systems, lighting and equipment setup. Rather than walking into an existing facility, you’ll have the chance to help create a SMART repair department built around efficiency, quality and the way you like to work.

What We’re Looking For:
- Proven SMART repair experience
- Excellent attention to detail
- Ability to maintain high standards while working efficiently
- Positive attitude and strong work ethic
- Prestige vehicle experience preferred but not essential
Working Hours:Monday to Friday – 7:00am to 4:00pm

Pay: £30,000.00-£40,000.00 per year
