Know How Resourcing are proud to represent our manufacturing client based in Leeds who are looking to recruit an Material Handler who is able to use both FLT and Overhead Cranes on a permanent basis.
This would mean that you require an in date FLT license as well as possessing Overhead Crane training certification.

The role
- Move raw materials, components, and finished goods throughout the facility safely and efficiently
- Follow established procedures and guidelines to receive, handle, store, perform system transactions, and dispatch goods in a factory or warehouse.
- Inspect materials for damage, defects, or discrepancies and report issues to supervisors
- Operate warehouse and inventory management systems to track material movement and inventory levels
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment
- Accurately pick, stage, package, and prepare materials for distribution.
- Assist with production support and other warehouse duties as needed
- Ensure materials are out and ready for collection/delivery as per the internal schedule.
- Ensure proper handling and storage of sensitive materials.
