About the Role
Due to continued growth, we are looking for HGV Class 2 Tipper Driver to join our Transport Team.
The role will be based at our Drumshoreland site, Pumpherston, EH53 0LG however, drivers must be willing to carryout their duties to suit business needs and deliver a reliable, professional service across our entire customer base. Flexibility is required between both class 1 & class 2 duties.
You will play a key role in supporting daily transport operations, ensuring safe, efficient, and compliant delivery of materials and collection of CDE waste while upholding Brewster Brothers’ high standards and SPRINT values.
This is a full-time, permanent position with an immediate start available.
Working Hours
- 41.5 hours per week
- Monday to Thursday: 7:00am – 4:00pm
- Friday: 7:00am – 3:00pm
- To ensure we maintain an excellent standard of service to our customers., we require our Drivers to be available for work, past their finishing time, when delivering or collecting the last load of the day. This flexibility is essential to the role!
- Saturday overtime is required when business needs dictate, typically from 7am to 1pm and is usually during spring, summer, and autumn months.
Salary
- £14.00 per hour, depending on experience, paid monthly.
- Overtime paid at time and a half, once contractual hours are worked.

About You
To be successful in this role, you will:
- Hold a full UK Driving Licence
- Have held a Class C (HGV Class 2) licence for a minimum of 2 years, with proven Tipper Truck experience.
- Hold a valid and up-to-date Driver CPC
- Be a team player with strong communication skills
- Demonstrate professionalism, reliability, and excellent customer service
- Take pride in your vehicle, completing daily checks and keeping it clean and well maintained
- Be flexible and willing to work across both Company sites when required
