Hours: Split shifts – 12:00–14:30 & 18:00–21:00, Monday to Saturday

Role Overview:
We are seeking a skilled and motivated Chef to join our team. You will work split shifts, preparing and cooking meals for both lunch and dinner services. This is a hands-on role that requires efficiency, creativity, and a passion for delivering delicious food.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare, cook, and present dishes to the highest standard during lunch and dinner services
- Ensure consistent quality, taste, and presentation of all menu items
- Maintain a clean, organised, and safe kitchen environment at all times
- Assist with stock control, ingredient preparation, and kitchen inventory
- Follow all health and safety, and food hygiene standards
- Work collaboratively with front-of-house staff to ensure smooth service
Requirements:
- Previous experience as a chef in a busy pub or restaurant environment
- Ability to work efficiently under pressure and in split shift patterns
- Strong knowledge of food hygiene and kitchen safety practices
- Creativity and attention to detail in food preparation and presentation
- Reliable, punctual, and a team player
