As a Warehouse Freezer Picker for the backshift you will be integral to our logistics team, ensuring efficient order fulfillment and inventory management. Your core skills in warehouse experience and heavy lifting will be essential as you pick and pack items for shipment. You will also utilize premium skills in materials handling and familiarity with warehouse management systems to streamline operations. Pay rate - £13.55- £18.30 ( With performance )
Shift Pattern: -
- Mon- Thursday 14:00 – 22:30
- Sun 12:00 – 20:00
Job Details:
- Efficiently pick and pack orders according to specifications and quality standards.
- Utilize warehouse management systems to track inventory and manage stock levels.
- Handle materials with care, ensuring safe loading and unloading of goods.
- Conduct quality control checks to maintain high standards during the picking process.
- Collaborate with team members to optimize workflow and meet shipping deadlines.
- Perform heavy lifting as required and adhere to safety protocols at all times.
- Operate the warehouse management system to track inventory and manage orders efficiently.
Criteria
- Picking experience would be an advantage
- Must be flexible with the job to finish requirement
- Please be aware this is a very physical role
- Must be able to work in cold temperatures (Frozen warehouse) freezer suits provided
