Midpoint Restaurant is a busy Turkish restaurant located in Greenwich, and we are looking for an experienced Meze Chef to join our kitchen team. The successful candidate will be responsible for preparing and maintaining our full range of traditional Turkish hot and cold mezes, carrying out daily food preparation, and assisting with the preparation and cooking of steaks, burgers, and other menu items. We are seeking someone who takes pride in their work, has excellent attention to detail, and is committed to maintaining the highest standards of food quality, cleanliness, and hygiene.
The ideal candidate will have previous experience in a Turkish or Mediterranean kitchen, be confident working in a fast-paced environment, and have a strong understanding of food preparation, stock rotation, and kitchen organisation. Pay: £12.21-£15.00 per hour
