ACRES busy Walmley office is looking to recruit a part time Sales Progressor / contract chaser to work 3 days a week - 9am to 5.30pm.
The successful candidate will need to have a confident and professional manner with experience in property sales and contract chasing or a legal administration background/experience. Based in a busy, friendly office as a key member of the team, the successful applicant needs to be organised, friendly, outgoing and motivated to provide an excellent client experience. The role involves assisting the sales team and ensuring the successful progress of each sale through to completion.
The role will also involves an element of general agency work, eg answering the phones and assisting the office when busy
Experience of Estate Agency, conveyancing and sales contract chasing experience ideal
