Location: Covering sites including Maidstone, Barking, Enfield, Dartford, Southampton & Poole
Hours: 37.5 hours per week | Monday–Friday
Working Hours: Flexibility required to meet site needs
Requirement: Full clean UK Driving Licence
We are looking for a proactive and reliable Mobile Cleaning Supervisor to support multiple sites and ensure high cleaning standards are maintained.
Key responsibilities include:
- Conducting regular site visits and cleaning audits
- Supervising and supporting Cleaning Operatives
- Managing attendance, holidays, training, and timesheets
- Supporting recruitment, inductions, and employee onboarding
- Delivering toolbox talks and promoting Health & Safety best practice
- Maintaining strong relationships with clients and site teams
- Managing stock levels and supporting operational cover when required
The ideal candidate will have previous supervisory experience, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work independently across multiple locations.
