Must have Level 3 in Childcare. Term time post with hours beginning from 30 a week to start in September 2026.

Then look no further. We are seeking a L3 Nursery Practitioner, who will play a vital role in providing high-quality care and education to young children, fostering their development in a nurturing and stimulating environment.
Duties
- Plan and implement engaging educational activities.
- Supervise and manage daily routines, ensuring the safety and well-being of all children in your care.
- Communicate effectively with parents and carer's regarding their child's progress, behaviour, and any concerns that may arise.
- Work with colleagues to create a positive team environment that supports the nursery's objectives.
- Maintain accurate records of children's progress and development, adhering to regulatory requirements.
- Drive initiatives that enhance the nursery's programme, ensuring it meets the needs of all children.
Experience
- Previous experience working with children in a nursery or childcare setting is essential.
- A Childcare Level 3 or a qualification in Early Childhood Education is essential.
- Strong communication skills in English, both verbal and written, are required for effective interaction with children, parents, and colleagues.
- A passion for childcare and a commitment to fostering children's growth and learning is essential.
