Due to our continued growth and expansion as one of the self-storage industry’s leading operators, an exciting opportunity has arisen for a full-time Assistant Manager to join the team at our Rotherham store.
At The Store Room, our on-site teams are the face and the heart of our business, and when our customers visit the store, the experience starts with you. Therefore, we are looking for an outgoing, helpful, and practically-minded individual – and most importantly we are looking for someone who is naturally friendly and instantly likeable.
It will be your responsibility to support the Site Manager in the effective and efficient running of the store. We are looking for someone who will make sure that The Store Room’s ‘customer first’ attitude is maintained, as well as someone who will take great pride in their store and the first impression that our customers get when visiting us.
Main Duties:
· Creating an excellent customer experience and friendly environment for potential and existing customers through your daily interactions
· Customer service and sales activities face to face, over the phone and via email to provide customers with the right storage solution for their needs.
· Working with your colleagues at the store to achieve sales targets and other KPIs.
· Handling existing customer accounts and enquiries using our in-house systems
· Maintaining standards at the store through a variety of administration, housekeeping, and basic maintenance tasks.
