Job Overview
We are seeking two skilled Chef de Partie to join our dynamic culinary team. The successful candidates will play a vital role in preparing and presenting high-quality dishes, ensuring the smooth operation of the kitchen. Duties
- Prepare and cook a variety of dishes according to menu specifications and standards
- Assist in the organisation and management of kitchen stations, ensuring efficiency during service
- Maintain high standards of food safety and hygiene at all times, adhering to health and safety regulations
- Oversee food preparation processes, ensuring consistency and quality in every dish served
- Collaborate with team members to ensure timely delivery of meals during busy periods
- Monitor stock levels and assist with inventory management to minimise waste
- Ensure all kitchen equipment is clean, well-maintained, and stored correctly after use
- Support junior staff by providing guidance and training where necessary
Experience
- Proven experience in food preparation and cooking within a professional kitchen environment
- Strong background in culinary techniques and meal preparation across diverse cuisines
- Knowledge of food safety regulations and best practices in hygiene management
- Previous restaurant experience is highly desirable, especially within high-volume establishments
- Familiarity with serving procedures and maintaining excellent customer service standards is advantageous

Hours & Paid Time Off
Minimum 48-hour working week.
Opening times:
Mon–Tue: Closed
Wed: 5PM–10:30PM
Thu–Sat: 12PM–3PM & 5PM–10:30PM
Sun: 12PM–4PM
30 days PTO per year, plus public holidays.
Compensation & Benefits
Salary: £33,000–£36,000, dependent on experience.
3% employer pension contribution via auto-enrolment.
Tronc system: service charge shared across all team members. Location matters!
Training and development opportunities with clear progression to Senior CDP or Sous Chef.
Healthcare and life cover under review.
Pay: £33,000.00-£36,000.00 per year
