We are seeking a passionate Breakfast Chef to join our team at The Ox Ashley cross, serving high-quality breakfast to our valued guests staying in our 14-room establishment and the Public. This is an excellent opportunity for a culinary professional who thrives in the morning rush and enjoys creating delicious, well-presented breakfast dishes.
Responsibilities
- Prepare and cook breakfast dishes to a high standard, ensuring timely service.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen, following health & safety regulations.
- Monitor inventory, place orders, and minimize food waste.
- Ensure excellent presentation of food and deliver a consistently high guest experience.
- Work efficiently in a solo or small-team environment to meet morning service demands.
- Communicate effectively with hotel staff regarding guest needs and preferences.
Requirements
- Proven experience as a Breakfast Chef or similar role in a hotel or restaurant setting.
- Ability to work early morning shifts.
- Strong knowledge of breakfast cuisine, including continental and cooked breakfasts.
- Excellent organisational skills and the ability to work efficiently under pressure.
- Knowledge of food safety and hygiene regulations.
- Positive attitude, reliability, and a passion for delivering great food experiences.
Pay: £12.71-£14.00 per hour
