Responsibilities
- Act as the primary point of contact for clients interested in buying and selling.
- Conduct property viewings and provide detailed information to prospective buyers.
- Negotiate offers and lease terms to achieve mutually beneficial agreements.
- Manage and maintain accurate records of all property listings, client interactions, and transactions.
- Assist with marketing properties through various channels, including online platforms and social media.
- Provide administrative support such as preparing correspondence, and reports.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to encourage repeat business and referrals.
- Stay informed about local property market trends and relevant legislation.
Requirements
- Proven administrative experience with excellent organisational skills.
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to engage effectively with clients from diverse backgrounds.
- Multilingual abilities are highly desirable to assist a broader client base.
- Organised with the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently under pressure.
- Previous experience in property sales or lettings is advantageous but not essential; training will be provided.
- A professional attitude with a proactive approach to customer service.
