We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing new business opportunities, maintaining strong client relationships, and driving sales growth across various sectors. Duties
- Identify and pursue new sales opportunities through B2B channels, networking, and market research
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients to ensure customer satisfaction and repeat business
- Conduct product presentations and demonstrations tailored to client needs
- Negotiate terms and close sales agreements effectively, ensuring mutual benefit
- Collaborate with internal teams to develop customised solutions for clients
- Manage sales pipelines efficiently using IT tools and CRM systems
- Prepare detailed sales reports and forecasts for management review
- Attend industry events, trade shows, and client meetings as required
- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing client inquiries promptly and professionally
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry trends, competitors, and market conditions
Experience
- Proven experience in B2B sales or related roles, ideally within a similar industry
- Strong negotiation skills with a track record of closing deals successfully
- Excellent communication skills in English, both written and verbal
- Valid driving licence with the ability to travel as needed for client meetings and events
- Familiarity with IT systems, CRM software, and MS Office applications
- Demonstrated organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively
- Ability to work independently while being a proactive team player
- Prior experience in customer service is advantageous but not essential
