September 2026 Start | Full-Time | £93–£110 PAYE per day (depending on experience) | 8:30am–3:30pm
A welcoming and nurturing primary school in Ealing, W5 is looking for an enthusiastic Early Years Teaching Assistant to join their team from September 2026.
This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys supporting young children during the early stages of their education and helping them develop confidence, independence and a love for learning.

The Role
You will support children within the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS), working closely with the class teacher to deliver engaging learning activities and provide a safe, caring and stimulating classroom environment.
Main Duties
- Support children in Nursery or Reception with daily learning activities
- Assist with phonics, early literacy, numeracy and play-based learning
- Encourage children's communication, social and emotional development
- Support pupils on a one-to-one basis and in small groups
- Help children develop independence and positive learning behaviours
- Prepare classroom resources and assist with daily classroom routines
- Work alongside teachers and support staff to ensure every child reaches their full potential

- Previous experience in a school, nursery or childcare setting is desirable but not essential
