Role Overview:
As a Membership Sales Advisor – Small Group Training Specialist, you’ll play a key role in driving the success of our new program while building and maintaining our member base. You’ll focus on promoting the unique value of small group training, supporting potential members in their fitness journey, and showcasing the benefits of our cutting-edge services. This is a team-focused role requiring excellent interpersonal, organisational, and sales skills.
Key Responsibilities:
- Drive Small Group Training Enrolment: Promote and sell our new Small Group Training packages, effectively communicating the program's benefits to prospective members.
- Lead Generation and Follow-Up: Engage with potential customers through various channels (calls, emails, social media) and follow up on leads generated through marketing campaigns.
- Facility Tours and Consultations: Provide personalised tours of our facilities, highlighting how our small group training program can meet individual fitness needs.
- Local Outreach: Build relationships with local businesses and community groups to drive awareness of On1Fitness and our services.
- Customer Engagement: Ensure outstanding customer service by addressing inquiries, helping members navigate options, and creating a welcoming atmosphere.
- Sales Reporting: Maintain accurate records of leads, interactions, and sales, contributing to team performance metrics.
- Represent Our Brand: Embody the On1Fitness ethos – a commitment to community, excellence, and inclusivity.
Qualifications:
- Minimum 2 years of face-to-face sales experience in fitness, wellness, or related industries.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a friendly, professional demeanour.
- Proven ability to meet and exceed sales targets.
- Passionate about fitness with a solid understanding of group training and personal training concepts.
- Highly organized, self-motivated, and able to manage tasks independently.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM systems.
- Strong written skills for professional correspondence.
- Knowledge of the local community is a bonus.
