We are seeking a dedicated and professional Dental Hygienist to join our team. Duties
- Conduct thorough dental cleanings, including scaling and polishing teeth to remove plaque and tartar build-up
- Assess patients’ oral health status through visual examinations and anatomical knowledge
- Provide patient education on oral hygiene practices and preventive care strategies
- Maintain accurate and detailed patient records in compliance with practice protocols
- Monitor patient vital signs as needed during appointments
- Support administrative tasks such as appointment scheduling and patient follow-up
Qualifications
- Certification or licence as a Dental Hygienist recognised within the UK
- Proven experience in dental hygiene or related field preferred
- Strong understanding of human anatomy, particularly oral structures
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to educate patients effectively
- Organised, detail-oriented, and able to work efficiently within a team environment
