About the Role
We are looking for caring, reliable, and committed individuals to join our care team. Both car drivers and non-drivers are welcome to apply.
As a Care Assistant, you will provide practical and emotional support to individuals in their own homes, helping them maintain independence, dignity, and quality of life.
Key Responsibilities
- Assisting with personal care, including bathing, dressing, and grooming
- Supporting clients with daily living activities
- Providing companionship and emotional support
- Assisting with meal preparation and light household duties
- Prompting or reminding clients to take medication
- Supporting clients to attend appointments or access the community where required
- Monitoring client wellbeing and reporting concerns appropriately
- Communicating effectively with clients, families, and healthcare professionals
Requirements
- Caring and compassionate nature
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Right to work in the UK
- Previous care experience is beneficial but not essential, as training will be provided
Pay: £12.71 per hour
