We are looking for a Kitchen Team Leader to join a busy and premium bakery café operation focused on fresh products, excellent service, and creating a welcoming atmosphere within the local community.
The Role
As a Kitchen Team Leader, you will:
- Lead daily baking and food preparation operations
- Prepare high-quality fresh food products to company standards
- Maintain exceptional food hygiene and kitchen safety standards
- Support stock control, deliveries, and ordering processes
- Train and coach team members in food preparation and kitchen procedures
- Prepare high-quality barista-style coffee
- Drive consistency and high standards across all areas of the bakery
- Support the wider management team with day-to-day operations
Full training and ongoing support will be provided as part of a friendly and collaborative team environment.
