We are looking for a dedicated caring reliable person to become part of the team at our care home in Warsash. We have 25 residents and provide all aspects of care expected in a care service this includes but is not exhaustive:
Assisting with personal care, washing showering creaming drying dressing,oral care.
Participating in the activities programme and ensuring people are receiving enough nutrition and hydration.
Competing documentation on the care system.
Assisting people to mobilise using wheelchairs, frames , hoists.
Participate in meaningful activities
All aspects of helth and wellbeing
Assisting with eating
Possibility to become a senior carer for the right candidate.
