Full time Salon Front of House – Client Experience & Reception Team

Summary
We’re looking for confident, detail-driven individuals to join our Front of House team. This isn’t a typical receptionist role – you’ll be a key part of the client journey and the smooth running of the salon. From greeting guests and managing appointments to supporting stylists, coordinating the daily flow, and keeping everything beautifully on-brand – this is a role for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, premium environment and takes pride in making things run effortlessly.
You’ll also work closely with our marketing and social media teams, help maintain our brand presentation in-salon, and collaborate with other FOH team members across our salon group.
Key Responsibilities
- Creating a polished, welcoming and intuitive experience for every guest
- Managing the daily salon flow and supporting stylists and management with real-time coordination
- Answering phones and emails professionally and warmly
- Booking and managing appointments using our salon software (Shortcuts)
- Overseeing salon presentation, stock control and retail display
- Supporting with marketing tasks, brand visuals and social engagement where needed
- Producing daily and weekly reporting for the management team
- Keeping an eye on what’s happening in-salon and taking initiative when needed

- Confident, polished and professional with natural people skills
- Someone who takes ownership and notices the small things
- Strong organisational skills and a calm, clear approach to busy environments
- Experience in a front-of-house, retail, beauty, fashion or hospitality role is ideal
- A genuine interest in the beauty, wellness or luxury service industry
- Proactive, reliable, and able to work well with a team

Pay
£13.50 per hour + retail commission
(Progression opportunities for strong performers)
Schedule
Full-time: 40 hours per week
Working shifts between 9am–9pm including weekends
